Application: Can be used on wet or dry hair. For wet hair, apply a small amount on to your fingertips, distribute evenly, then dry to achieve body like never before. For layered hair massage a small amount into ends for added texture. Allow the product to dry while moulding and blow waving to achieve fuller, fabulous hair.
